Match Group is seeking a Payroll & Personnel Administration Manager for Europe, based in Paris with up to 2 days remote. You will manage payroll for 300+ employees across Meetic, Match, Tinder, Hinge, and others within seven countries.

You will lead semi-outsourced payroll processes, oversee European HR admin, and support onboarding and lifecycle events while building trust with employees across the region.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years hands-on experience in French payroll.
• Proficient in written and spoken English.
• Highly adaptable with a keen eye for detail.
• Proven ability to effectively organize, prioritize, and plan tasks.

Responsabilités

• Perform semi-outsourced payroll processing: collecting, entering and verifying variable payroll elements (absences, overtime, bonuses, on-call duties).
• Manage HR administration for Europe and act as backup for French administration.
• Handle end-to-end processes for employee lifecycle events, including onboarding for new joiners.
• Build trust and maintain regular communication with employees for clarity.
