Tanium is looking for an Enterprise Services Engineer to significantly impact our customers. In this role, you'll work closely with clients to maintain and optimize the Tanium platform, solving complex technical issues. A strong background in IT and Systems Administration, along with troubleshooting skills, is essential.

The position requires a BA/BS degree and offers opportunities for professional growth in a collaborative team environment. The ideal candidate should be proficient in languages such as German, Spanish, or French.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in IT/Consulting.
• 5+ years in Systems Administration/Engineering, hands-on Tanium experience preferred.
• Ability to speak German, Spanish, or French is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Operationalize, administer, and maintain the Tanium Platform.
• Conduct daily health checks and collaborate with Technical Support Engineers.
• Document best practices and provide technical direction to customer IT staff.
