NETGEAR is seeking a technically skilled Systems Engineer to support Enterprise and IT customers, delivering technical leadership during the sales cycle and beyond, ensuring successful deployments of wired and wireless enterprise networking solutions.

The role requires deep knowledge of Wi-Fi, LAN switching, cloud networking, and Zero Trust security, plus the ability to relay customer feedback to influence product strategy while working with MSPs, VARs, and partners.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Systems/Network Engineering with customer-facing roles.
• Expertise in Wi-Fi 6/6E/7, switching, routing, and security.
• Fluent in French and English; able to work with MSPs/VARs.

Responsabilités

• Provide pre-sales technical consultation, solution design, and PoC activities.
• Lead architecture and deployment of enterprise Wi-Fi, switching, routing, security, and cloud networking.
• Present technical content to IT stakeholders and partners.
• Bridge customers, partners, and NETGEAR Support post-sale for smooth transitions.
• Gather and communicate technical feedback to Product Management.
• Design secure networks leveraging Zero Trust principles and RBAC.
• Promote cloud-managed networking platforms with multi-site management.
• Perform RF planning and wireless design using tools like Ekahau.
• Support NETGEAR’s channel ecosystem with training and guidance.
• Maintain knowledge of competitors and IT market trends.
