Boston Scientific in the Paris region seeks a Senior Account Manager for Electrophysiology to drive the Rhythm Management portfolio, manage key accounts, and grow market share. The role requires collaboration with clinical and sales teams and frequent travel across Île-de-France.

The ideal candidate has medical devices/pharma sales experience, knowledge of hospital decision-makers, and strong communication in French and English. Remote in country with field-based duties.

Qualifications

• Master's level degree in Biomedical Sciences or similar.
• Minimum several years in medical device or pharmaceutical sales, preferably with Rhythm Management exposure.
• Deep understanding of local healthcare markets and hospital decision-makers.
• Proven ability to prepare tenders and engage with purchasing departments.

Responsabilités

• Lead with a strong commercial focus to drive market share in the Paris region.
• Execute regional and local sales strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Build and maintain relationships with clinicians and hospital staff alongside FCS/SAM/KAM/RSM.
• Maximize stakeholder engagement, including operating room support when needed.
• Identify new opportunities and manage end-to-end sales processes and contracts.
• Travel to visit clients approximately four days per week.
