SACYR in France is seeking a Senior Electrical Supervisor for the Montoir project. You will supervise electrical construction activities, coordinate with field engineering, and ensure compliance with drawings, standards, and safety requirements on site.

The role requires a minimum of 10 years LNG experience, contractor management, and fluency in English with French preferred. You will report to the Construction Superintendent and contribute to on-time, safe delivery of the electrical scope.

Qualificações

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and coordinate electrical construction activities performed by contractors at site.
• Plan and coordinate daily work fronts, priorities, resources and interfaces with the field engineering team.
• Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, method statements, project procedures, HSE requirements and applicable electrical standards.
• Monitor progress, productivity, quality and schedule performance, and report constraints and corrective actions to construction management.
• Review field technical queries and coordinate their resolution with engineering and other disciplines.
• Coordinate interfaces with civil, mechanical, instrumentation, commissioning and plant operations teams. Verify installation of electrical equipment, substations, cabling, grounding, lighting and related systems within the assigned scope.
• Participate in inspections, testing, completion verification and punch-list management.
• Support pre-commissioning, energization, turnover and handover to the commissioning team.
• Maintain complete and traceable construction records and contractor performance information.

As part of our growing team in France, we are looking for a Senior Electrical Supervisor to join the project team in Montoir.

This site-based role is responsible for the supervision and coordination of electrical construction activities during the construction phase, reporting directly to the Construction Superintendent. The successful candidate will manage electrical contractors, oversee daily construction activities, and coordinate technical interfaces with the field engineering team and other construction disciplines.

The role requires ensuring that all electrical works are executed safely, in compliance with project specifications and site requirements, and in accordance with the agreed schedule and quality standards. The Senior Electrical Supervisor will play a key role in driving the timely and efficient delivery of the electrical scope while maintaining the highest standards of safety and operational excellence.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in LNG projects.

• Demonstrated experience supervising electrical construction contractors on industrial sites.

• Experience coordinating with field engineering and multidisciplinary construction teams.

• Knowledge of electrical installation, inspection, testing, completion and energization activities.

• French: native proficiency preferred; professional working proficiency acceptable.

• English: professional working proficiency.

• Availability for a site-based assignment in Montoir, France.
