CONSTRO is seeking an experienced Electrical Site Manager to join our international team for an exciting project in France. You will plan, organize, coordinate, and supervise electrical installation works on site, ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance with drawings and specifications.

You will lead installation teams, monitor progress and quality, manage resources, and collaborate closely with project managers to ensure timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in a similar electrical installation or construction role.
• Strong knowledge of electrical installation processes and technical requirements.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and project specifications.
• Experience in managing, coordinating and supervising electrical teams on site.
• Good planning, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage priorities, meet deadlines and work independently.
• Strong sense of responsibility, leadership and attention to detail.
• Good command of English (spoken and written).
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and their implementation on construction sites.

CONSTRO is looking for an experienced Electrical Site Manager to join our international team for an exciting project in France.

In this role, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, coordinating and supervising electrical installation works on site, ensuring that all activities are completed safely, efficiently and in accordance with technical drawings, project specifications and agreed deadlines.

You will lead and coordinate electrical installation teams, monitor work progress and quality, manage resources and collaborate closely with project managers and other teams to ensure the successful delivery of the project.

We are looking for a responsible, proactive and organized professional with strong technical knowledge, leadership skills and previous experience in electrical installation projects.

Qualifications
