Fitch Group is seeking a Senior Director in Power & Energy within the Corporate, Infrastructure and Project Finance Group to lead ratings analysis and analytical work on North American transactions from its New York, Chicago, or Toronto offices.

You will develop credit solutions, mentor staff, and represent Fitch in industry forums while collaborating with global teams to ensure analytical consistency and high-impact research.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project finance experience in power and energy.
• Experience in bank credit, rating agency or buy-side credit contexts.
• Strong writing and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to analyze complex structures and extract risk and opportunity.
• Proven leadership and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Lead ratings analysis, execution and research on North American projects.
• Evaluate credit structures and contribute to global criteria development.
• Identify trends and publish industry-focused reports and presentations.
• Gather data and documents for ratings and credit research.
• Represent Fitch at industry conferences and meetings to build external profile.
• Mentor junior team members and collaborate across analytical groups.
