Zusammenfassung

Scope Ratings GmbH is seeking an Executive Analyst to join the Financial Institutions team, based in the EU with offices in Paris, Milan, London, Frankfurt and Oslo. You will lead analytical work on a portfolio of banks and NBFIs, chair rating committees, and contribute to new methodologies.

The role requires at least 15 years of experience in a rating-related field, a Master’s degree, and fluent English. You will interact with executives, regulators and investors and manage key communications.

Qualifikationen

• 15+ years of relevant experience in credit analysis within banks or NBFIs.
• Master's degree in finance, banking, economics, statistics, mathematics, or equivalent qualification.
• Solid understanding of European bank regulations and banking trends.
• Excellent familiarity with financial ratios and accounting concepts for banks.
• Strong communication skills with executives, regulators, investors and journalists.

Aufgaben

• Carry primary analytical responsibility for a portfolio of up to 20 banks and NBFIs.
• Lead rating committee discussions and associated communications including press releases and rating reports.
• Monitor existing ratings and recommend reviews and changes on a timely basis.
• Act as main communication point of contact between Scope and its clients.
• Attend and lead rating analyst meetings with bank representatives and senior management.
• Produce insightful, forward-looking research and analytical comments.
