Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant scientific discipline required; advanced degree preferred.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder-management capabilities.
• Strong project-management and analytical abilities demonstrated across complex programs.
• Ability to influence across organizational boundaries and lead multiple workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Direct the end-to-end development, validation, integration, and delivery of composite measures combining lab, genomic, patient- and clinician-reported data.
• Ensure COA, digital-measure data, and lab operations meet scientific, quality, privacy, and regulatory standards.
• Lead research design, validation protocols, and analytical reports with cross-functional teams.
• Oversee evaluation of instruments and methods in collaboration with IQVIA Labs and external partners.
