The European Climate Foundation (ECF) is seeking an IT Senior Officer - Digital Workplace to deliver and improve DW services across offices in Brussels, Paris, The Hague, London, Madrid and remote sites. Based in one of the main offices, you will translate business needs into cost-effective IT services and coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers.

You will support macOS fleets on Microsoft 365, provide L1/L2 support, help maintain websites, document processes and training, and

Qualifications

Degree in a technical field from a university.
At least 4 years in IT support or IT project delivery.
Experience managing macOS fleet is a plus.
Experience with Microsoft 365 administration (SharePoint, Teams, EMS).
Experience in international remote IT support context.
Good understanding of Agile principles.
Excellent written and spoken English; additional European language is a plus.
Passion for climate action and the mission of the ECF.

Responsabilités

Design, implement, test and improve DW services with focus on UX and cost.
Provide technical analysis for provider selection including benchmarks and cost.
Manage website upkeep, security patches and troubleshooting.
Collaborate with external service providers for incidents and requests.
Monitor service adoption, user satisfaction and SLAs.
Manage licenses and budgets for cloud apps.
Contribute to IT Service Management improvements and documentation.
Support cybersecurity activities related to DW services.
