Job summary

Intellectual Capital Resources Ltd in Sophia Antipolis, France, is seeking a Senior Digital Design Engineer to own and shape digital blocks for Bluetooth and wireless connectivity IP. Hybrid work with hands-on ownership across architecture, RTL, verification, and prototyping.

You will mentor engineers while remaining technically hands-on and contribute to architecture and subsystem documentation. 8+ years in digital IC/RTL design required with strong Verilog/SystemVerilog skills.

Qualifications

• Strong background in Digital IC / ASIC / RTL design.
• 8+ years hands-on digital design experience.
• Proficient in Verilog or SystemVerilog with microarchitecture ownership.
• Experience owning digital blocks or subsystems and knowledge of SoC architecture.
• Experience across verification, synthesis, co-simulation or FPGA implementation.
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to work autonomously.
• Mentoring or guiding other engineers; familiarity with wireless tech (Bluetooth/WiFi) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Designing and implementing digital hardware in Verilog / SystemVerilog.
• Defining microarchitecture and contributing to subsystem architecture.
• Working on Bluetooth / 802.15.4 MAC, PHY and platform IP.
• Taking designs from specification through RTL, verification, synthesis and FPGA prototyping.
• Working across the wider ASIC / SoC development lifecycle.
• Collaborating with system architecture, RF, software, algorithms and validation teams.
• Mentoring and technically guiding other engineers.
• Contributing to improvements in design methodology, tools and development processes.
