Lever, Inc. is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer based in France to own production infrastructure and containerized apps. You will work with AWS and Kubernetes, owning deployment workflows, monitoring, and reliability across a fast-growing AdTech/e-commerce platform.

You will collaborate with development teams to improve CI/CD pipelines, implement GitOps and IaC practices, and optimize performance, scalability, and costs. A fully remote environment and flexible schedule are provided.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in DevOps or SRE roles.
• Kubernetes experience in production environments.
• Strong AWS knowledge (EC2, VPC, S3, IAM).
• Scripting in Python and/or Bash for automation.
• Experience with monitoring/ observability tools: Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch.
• Experience with GitOps and IaC tools such as Terraform is a plus.
• Advanced Grafana dashboards and Elastic/OpenSearch knowledge is beneficial.
• RDS experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Manage, deploy, and maintain containerized apps with Kubernetes in production.
• Handle AWS infrastructure across EC2, VPC, S3, IAM, RDS, and OpenSearch.
• Monitor performance; improve alerting and observability for high availability.
• Collaborate with development teams to streamline CI/CD pipelines.
• Troubleshoot issues; drive incident resolution and root cause analysis.
• Improve automation, IaC, and DevOps practices.
• Tune EC2 performance and optimize cloud costs.
• Contribute to GitOps and IaC adoption where applicable.
• Build and maintain dashboards with Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch.
