Catalina Marketing France SAS in Boulogne‑Billancourt seeks a senior DevOps engineer to own RUN/BUILD, drive cloud transformation, and improve platform reliability. You will operate within a 7‑person team, including 3 apprentices, and play a key role in scaling Azure/Kubernetes environments.

The role requires strong Azure, Kubernetes, CI/CD, IaC, and DevSecOps exposure, plus the ability to mentor others and work in a bilingual French/English setting.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent with DevOps/Cloud experience.
• Ability to enforce technical standards.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to propose improvements.
• Analytical skills and ability to prioritise in complex environments.
• Mentor junior profiles and share knowledge within the team.

Responsabilités

• Release management and deployment via CI/CD pipelines with monitoring.
• On-call/L2-L3 support to maintain platform stability.
• SRE approach to improve reliability and automate operations.
• Design and evolve Azure cloud infrastructures.
• Build and standardise environments with IaC.
• Scale Kubernetes platforms and implement GitOps.
