Job summary

360Learning seeks a Senior DevSecOps Engineer to secure our Azure/Kubernetes infra, align with ISO 27001:2022 and SOC 2 Type II, and move security posture toward automated guardrails. You will bridge security and platform engineering and own greenfield work end-to-end.

Join a small, senior team delivering scalable security across a growing customer base; influence detection, response, and auditable infrastructure while reporting to the CISO and Hiring Coach.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in infrastructure, cloud or platform engineering with security focus.
• Production experience with Kubernetes including RBAC and policies.
• Strong Azure experience; AWS/GCP familiarity welcome.
• Infrastructure as code with Terraform and GitOps.
• Scripting in Python or Go; shell; able to open PRs.
• Experience with log analysis across cloud audit logs and SIEM.
• Fluent English (US/UK) and FR at B2 level or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Secure by design, detectable by default, and auditable infrastructure.
• Own AKS and Azure infra, respond to infrastructure alerts.
• Automate hardening and guardrails; contribute to vulnerability management.
• Expand SIEM coverage and maintain documented runbooks.
• Manage credentials and secure defaults across deployment paths.
