Job summary

Doctolib seeks a Staff DataOps Engineer to join the Data and AI Platform team in Paris. You will shape the data platform strategy, architect scalable data infrastructure, and accelerate ML initiatives across the organization.

Lead architecture decisions, mentor engineers, and drive DataOps, security, and governance practices while collaborating with AI teams and business stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Staff Data Platform/DataOps roles or similar.
• Strong expertise with Google Cloud Platform, Kubernetes and Terraform.
• Proficient in data pipelines using Airflow or Dagster and BigQuery.
• Proficient in Python and API design, with CI/CD experience.
• Knowledge of data governance, security, and FinOps principles.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement enterprise-scale data infrastructure strategies and standards.
• Build and optimize multi-region data pipelines with high reliability.
• Lead cost analysis to optimize infrastructure spend while improving performance.
• Provide technical guidance, conduct architecture reviews, and drive best practices.
• Evaluate new data tools; guide the technical roadmap for modernization.
