Teads is seeking a senior Data Scientist with 4-5 years of applied research experience deploying ML algorithms in high-throughput online environments. The role focuses on CTR prediction, online learning, and leading the full model lifecycle from experimentation to monitoring. Hybrid work in Paris.

You will collaborate with engineering and product teams to deliver production-ready features and communicate complex results to non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of applied research experience in ML in high-throughput environments.
• Strong software engineering skills and production-ready deployment experience.
• Experience with A/B testing and monitoring in live systems.
• Ability to communicate complex results clearly to non-technical teams.

The role involves innovating in adtech research areas such as CTR prediction and online learning, collaborating with engineering and product teams to deliver production-ready features, and leading the full model lifecycle including A/B testing and monitoring. Candidates should have an advanced degree in a quantitative field or equivalent experience, strong software engineering skills, critical thinking to evaluate scientific research, and excellent communication abilities. The position is full-time, hybrid (3 days in office), based in Paris, France.
