Teads Inc. is seeking a Data Scientist to join our applied research team. You will help innovate at scale on CTR prediction and online learning regimes, collaborating with cross-functional squads to translate research into production-ready features.

You will own the lifecycle from reading the latest papers to A/B testing and monitoring model performance in a live environment, while exploring unconventional hypotheses and new algorithmic approaches.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a quantitative field or equivalent industry experience.
• 4-5 years of experience in applied research deploying ML in high-throughput online environments.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals and ability to integrate models into the code stack.
• Excellent communication to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
