Ubisoft is seeking a Senior Data Protection Specialist to lead data protection initiatives within the Data Office at the International Headquarters, Saint-Mandé. The role focuses on regulatory compliance, security and access management across data services and products.

You will collaborate with data owners and production teams to apply protection measures, drive a default data protection state, and mentor teams while staying ahead of industry trends. Fluent English required; French is a plus.

• Experience leading, coordinating and delivering cross-functional programs.

Responsabilités

• Lead, plan, execute and monitor Data Protection initiatives and related work streams.
• Assess needs from business and tech teams for regulatory compliance and security, implementing solutions.
• Coordinate actions with data owners and production teams to apply protection measures.
• Drive change by engaging partners and moving toward default data protection state.
• Monitor data protection across Ubisoft and ensure ongoing compliance.
• Partner with technology teams to select and implement protection tools and standards.
• Grow data teams’ skills and awareness through sharing, events and coaching.
• Track progress, report results, and continually improve the framework.
• Stay current on data industry trends and share insights internally.
• Maintain a network of support and data protection experts.
