Revolut is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to advise on privacy, data protection and AI issues across products and markets. You will partner with teams to ensure compliant, scalable solutions while enabling rapid business growth.

Reporting to the Head of Legal inFrance, you could be office-based, remote, or hybrid across Europe. The role demands strong PQE, cross-border experience and superb stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of PQE with a focus on privacy, data protection and AI.
• Strong academic credentials and law firm experience preferred.
• Experience advising on GDPR and cross‑border data transfers.

Responsabilités

• Advise the business on privacy, data protection and AI for new and existing products.
• Ensure privacy considerations are integrated in feature reviews and launches.
• Draft and negotiate data protection and AI clauses with third parties.
• Provide guidance on international data transfers in line with GDPR.
• Assist with data breach responses and regulatory notifications.
• Draft customer privacy notices and cookies policies.
• Collaborate with global Legal Counsels across jurisdictions.
• Support responses to complex privacy requests and regulatory inquiries.
• Engage regulators across multiple countries as needed.
• Stay updated on evolving privacy laws and industry developments.
• Lead by example while handling complex legal tasks efficiently.
