Revolut Ltd is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to advise on privacy, data protection, and AI matters across markets in Europe. You’ll report to the Head of Legal in France and can be based in Europe, work remotely, or in a hybrid model.

The role offers a high level of responsibility for shaping compliance across products and international transfers, with collaboration across our global legal team and business units. Fluency in English is required.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of PQE in privacy, data protection, and AI matters.
• Excellent academic and law firm credentials.
• Fluency in English; French language skills a plus.

Responsabilités

• Advise on privacy, data protection, and AI issues for products and features.
• Ensure GDPR and cross-border transfers are compliant across jurisdictions.
• Draft and negotiate contracts with third parties and Revolut entities.
• Support data breach responses and regulatory inquiries.
• Liaise with regulators and global Legal Counsels on privacy matters.
• Provide timely legal reviews for new and existing products.
• Monitor legal developments and advise on risk mitigation.
• Lead by example in handling complex legal tasks quickly.
