Job summary

Outsight is seeking a senior systems thinker to anchor the data lifecycle of spatial events. You will own high-volume event processing, translating data into well-modeled warehouse layers and clean semantic models.

Responsibilities include building ELT pipelines, managing schemas in Databricks/AWS, and creating a central semantic layer with Cube.js for reliable data contracts. Collaboration with services teams is key to scalable delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience designing scalable ELT pipelines for high-volume spatial data.
• Proven ability to model semantic layers for API/LLM consumption.
• Strong experience with Databricks and AWS environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, construct, and maintain production-grade ELT pipelines processing streaming spatial data and telemetry.
• Architect and manage schemas within Databricks and AWS environments, prioritizing zero-data-loss and ultra-low latency.
• Build out and optimize the central semantic abstraction layer using Cube.js, ensuring clean data consumption contracts.
• Collaborate with internal team to package reliable data pipeline integration blueprints for the Professional Services delivery squads.
