Outsight is redefining Spatial Intelligence with 3D LiDAR data, serving airports, rail hubs, and smart cities worldwide. We seek a pioneering backend developer to engineer our intelligence engine, owning the application layer and state machines that convert user intent into proactive workflows.

The role focuses on designing autonomous loops for complex decision-making, memory and state-management, and secure data-driven logic, working across global teams in a cutting-edge AI environment.

Qualifications

• Deep, practical experience building production-grade autonomous loops.
• Experience with ReAct patterns and multi-agent state architectures.
• Ability to code in an AI-augmented environment for autonomous workflows.

Responsabilités

• Architect multi-step autonomous AI execution paths and context modules.
• Implement memory systems, state-tracking loops, and alerting pipelines.
• Wire up secure application logic from streaming data and MCP context.
• Integrate cross-platform notification pipelines triggered by autonomous decisions.
