Mistral is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to design, build, and optimize our data infrastructure. You will work with large datasets to enable product teams to access secure and reliable data quickly, supporting our AI models and business decision-making.

You will partner with ML and data science teams to improve data quality, feature stores, and deployment pipelines, while upholding governance and security standards across our data platforms.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in a Data Engineering role.
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and data warehousing solutions.
• Knowledge of dbt and data governance concepts.
• Ability to communicate complex data concepts to diverse stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and analytics infrastructure.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including ML engineers, to support model training and deployment pipelines.
• Optimize storage, processing, and queries for performance and cost-efficiency.
• Define and enforce data governance, metadata management, and data lineage standards.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and regulatory compliance.
