nLighten is seeking an experienced Head of Facility to own the technical and operational integrity of its 34 data center sites across Europe. This Director-level role sits in Operations, leading Critical Environment Engineering, Ops Excellence & Academy, and Vendor & Contract Management.

The ideal candidate combines deep engineering credibility in critical environments with leadership and commercial rigour to build a high-performing central Facility function from the ground up.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in data centers or mission-critical environments.
• At least 3 years in a senior management role.
• Experience managing multi-site facilities or operations across geographies.
• Track record of outsourced M&E maintenance programs and vendor relationships.
• Strong leadership and change-management capabilities.
• Fluent English; French or German at working level is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Define and enforce M&E engineering standards across 34 sites (UPS, generators, cooling, LV distribution, BMS).
• Own the change request process for all M&E works across the portfolio.
• Lead RCA for critical environment incidents and drive corrective actions.
