ECC Group is seeking an experienced Design Manager to join our team for a major data centre development in the Paris region. The senior, site-based role focuses on Customer Fit Out (CFO) scope, coordinating across engineering, design, construction and operations to ensure technical solutions are delivered effectively.

The successful candidate will have a strong Mechanical & Electrical background, ideally gained within data centres or mission-critical environments, with extensive stakeholder

Qualifications

• Senior-level Design Manager role in a major data centre project.
• Strong coordination across engineering, design, construction and operations stakeholders.
• Experience in data centres or critical infrastructure is highly preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead and coordinate design activities for Customer Fit Out packages.
• Lead and contribute to technical and Customer Fit Out project meetings.
• Coordinate external designers, internal engineering teams, contractors, suppliers and other project stakeholders.
• Review designs and provide input to optimise engineering and delivery strategies.
• Support design and engineering of critical infrastructure systems.
• Coordinate supplier performance, technical submissions and delivery requirements.
• Ensure designs meet engineering standards, safety, and operational requirements.
• Provide technical expertise across electrical, telecoms, security and BMS infrastructure.
• Support specialist client requirements including office fit-out, storage areas and client-specific packages.
• Assist with investigations and lessons learned for future design and delivery.
