Amazon Data Services France SAS is seeking a Data Center Chief Engineer to oversee electrical, mechanical, and fire/life safety systems across our data centers in France. You will manage preventative maintenance, emergency responses, and lead strategic facility projects with vendors and internal teams.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in high‑volume mission‑critical operations.
• Leadership in engineering/technical environments with large-scale ops.
• Experience forming and leading tactical response teams.

Responsabilités

• Set and maintain safety standards and world-class safety culture.
• Drive standardisation and continuous improvement of infrastructure procedures.
• Coordinate with site engineers, maintenance teams, and vendors to ensure 99.999% uptime.
• Deliver on project milestones, cost quotes, and documentation for future rollouts.
• Lead training for Engineering Operation Technicians on corrective and preventative maintenance.
