Creative Fabrica is seeking a Data Analyst who goes beyond dashboards to ask why users behave as they do and what actions to take. You will bridge engineering and commercial decision-making, delivering reliable data and compelling narratives for leadership.

Join an early-stage analytics team and help shape data-driven decisions across Growth, Finance, and Product, while keeping pipelines healthy and scalable in a fast-growing company.

Qualifications

• Strong SQL skills and working knowledge of dbt (models, tests, documentation).
• Comfortable writing Python scripts for data transformation or pipeline tooling.
• Intuition around subscription lifecycle & paid acquisition metrics.

Responsabilités

• Drive business performance through proactive data analysis and actionable insights for leadership.
• Own and evolve data pipelines to ensure fresh, accurate data when it matters.
• Build and maintain dbt models serving Growth, Finance, and Product needs.
• Be the storyteller, presenting findings and translating complexity into clear narratives.
