Job summary

Shine, the data-driven fintech now part of Cegid, is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to own end-to-end analytics across Revenue, Marketing, and Growth. The role focuses on defining KPIs, building dashboards, and partnering with BU Managers and local marketing teams to drive revenue growth in France and Europe.

You will work with a mature stack including Snowflake, dbt, Python and Omni, and enjoy a hybrid work policy with two remote days per week from Paris offices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Data Analytics, Marketing Analytics, Growth Analytics or Revenue Analytics.
• Expert-level SQL and solid dbt experience.
• Strong understanding of revenue metrics (MRR, churn, LTV, CAC).

Responsibilities

• Define and govern the KPI framework for BU scope including revenue and churn metrics.
• Design dashboards for BU Managers and Country GMs to steer performance across markets.
• Model data with SQL/dbt to support marketing analytics needs.
• Lead analytics projects end-to-end with stakeholders across Marketing and Data.
