Job summary

Shine, a European fintech unicorn, is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join the Data team in Paris or Berlin with a hybrid work pattern. You will own analytics from problem framing to presenting insights, working closely with Product and Business teams across multiple European markets.

You will develop dashboards in Omni and build scalable data models using SQL and dbt to drive adoption, performance and customer insights. This role offers an international environment and a flexible hybrid setup.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in Data Analytics and ownership of analytical topics independently.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with dbt for data modelling and testing.
• Hands-on experience with BI and data visualization tools; Omni experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end Analytics Ownership: from framing the initial need to presenting results.
• KPI Definition & Governance: document and maintain shared KPIs and definitions.
• Dashboards & Decision-Making Tools: design dashboards in Omni for product and business teams.
• Data Modelling: build scalable data models using SQL and dbt.
• Stakeholder Management: collaborate with Product and Business teams and communicate progress.
