Job summary

Pennylane is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join our Science & Analytics team focused on Acquisition. You will use data to drive business growth and partner with Sales & Operations leaders to anticipate critical questions and provide insights.

Based in Europe with remote-friendly policies, you will work on data models in the Data Warehouse using dbt, and collaborate across cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact analyses.

Qualifications

• 5-6 years of experience as Data Analyst, ideally in scale-ups.
• Strong skills in SQL, DBT and data visualization tools.
• Able to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders beyond the data team.
• Fluent in French & English.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to grow the business using data.
• Partner with Sales & Ops to guide strategy with data.
• Steer decision-making with rigorous analyses across domains.
• Promote self-service analytics and build data models in the Data Warehouse (dbt).
• Contribute to shaping the Data Engineering roadmap.
