Skello is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to partner with business units, owning advanced analytics, KPI design and scalable Looker dashboards. You will work with the data team to maintain ETL pipelines using dbt and Snowflake and mentor junior analysts.

This role combines hands-on analytics with strategic collaboration across SaaS functions, and offers central offices in Paris and Lille along with a flexible remote work policy.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years of experience in Data Analytics, preferably SaaS B2B or scale-ups.
• Proven experience supporting multiple business functions.
• Technical leadership, mentoring without direct management.
• Advanced SQL skills with performance tuning.
• Production dbt experience – modelling, documentation and testing.
• Looker LookML expertise; or strong Tableau/Metabase/Lightdash background.
• Familiarity with modern data stack (Airflow, Airbyte, Snowflake).
• Interest or experience with AI-augmented data tools.
• Fluent in French and English.

Position Overview

Senior Data Analyst reporting to the Lead Data Analyst.

Responsibilities

• Business Partnering & Advanced Analytics
  • Serve as the trusted data partner for various business units.
  • Design strategic KPIs and build scalable dashboards on Looker.
  • Conduct advanced ad‑hoc analyses to support business decisions.
• Data Pipeline Modeling & Optimization
  • Maintain and evolve the ETL pipeline using dbt and Snowflake.
  • Design new data models or refactor existing codebases following best practices.
  • Collaborate with engineering to integrate new data sources smoothly.
• Mentoring, Excellence & Innovation
  • Act as a technical reference, coaching junior analysts.
  • Explore and implement AI‑augmented data tools to boost productivity.

Qualifications
