Honeywell Technologies, based near Paris in Saint Germain en Laye, hires a Customer Experience Training Professional to design and deliver training programs that enhance employee capabilities and drive exceptional customer experiences, reporting to the CX Training Supervisor/Manager on a hybrid schedule.

The role trains end users, channel partners, system integrators and distributors, sets up quarterly training, and maintains participant records in the MYHBU LMS, updating materials to reflect

Qualifications

• 5 years of training or technical support experience in Building Management Systems (BMS).
• 5+ years in installation/configuration/programming of Building Management Systems (BMS).
• Experience with Honeywell BMS products is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Set up structured training schedules, on a quarterly cycle, to be carried out within the assigned region.
• Attend the relevant train the trainer programmes with the associated resources.
• Keep records of all trained participants using the MYHBU LMS platform.
