JAM is seeking a Senior CSA Supervisor with a strong civil construction background to lead on-site supervision of critical civil and underground works for a major industrial energy project in Western France.

This hands-on role involves coordinating with contractors, construction management, HSE and quality teams, ensuring compliance with Eurocodes and French standards, and managing permits and site authorisations.

Qualifications

• Civil Engineer or equivalent qualification.
• 10+ years' experience supervising civil construction works within industrial projects.
• Strong background in industrial, energy, Oil & Gas, petrochemical or other heavy industrial environments.
• Native or bilingual French is essential; English skills desirable.

Responsabilités

• Supervise concrete repair works, including repair mortars and resins, quality inspections and quantity verification.
• Supervise structural concrete and steel repair activities.
• Oversee excavation works, including safety, excavation stability and execution control.
• Supervise piling activities, ensuring correct installation and compliance with engineering requirements.
• Closely supervise underground piping installation, including alignment, levelling, protection, testing and preservation of existing infrastructure.
• Coordinate daily with contractors, construction management, HSE, quality and other discipline supervisors.
• Monitor construction progress, productivity and work status, supporting overall schedule achievement.
• Ensure compliance with project HSE requirements and applicable French regulations.
• Manage and follow up work permits and site authorisation processes.
• Participate in inspections, punch-list activities, quality surveillance and final acceptance.

We are currently looking for an experienced Senior CSA Supervisor with a strong civil construction background and significant experience working within industrial and brownfield environments.

This is a hands‑on, site-based opportunity supporting a major industrial energy project in Western France. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising critical civil and underground works while working closely with contractors, construction management, HSE and quality teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strong HSE and quality awareness.


• Native or bilingual French is essential.


• English communication skills are desirable.
