Qualifications

Our client is a leading global developer now expanding its portfolio into next-generation data centre developments. They are looking for an experienced CSA Construction Manager to join the Paris-based team and take ownership of key civil, structural, and architectural packages on complex hyperscale builds.

This is a chance to work on cutting-edge facilities with high sustainability standards, leading delivery from early design through to defect-free handover.

This role does not provide Visa sponsorship. You need to be eligible to work in France without restriction.

Overview

What You’ll Do and what the role aims to achieve in the context of complex hyperscale data centre projects.

What You’ll Do

Manage all aspects of assigned CSA packages, from contractor design and procurement to mobilisation, delivery, and handover.
Champion a safety-first culture, ensuring zero-accident objectives are met.
Review design information to ensure buildability, commissioning readiness, and compliance with project requirements.
Identify opportunities for design optimisation and prefabrication.
Support early-stage project activities, including land, power, and permitting assessments.
Oversee contractor performance, schedules, risk management, and quality assurance.
Collaborate closely with internal teams, contractors, stakeholders, and end-users to meet business objectives.

What We’re Looking For

5+ years’ experience in delivering large-scale construction projects, ideally in data centres
Strong track record of delivering projects on time, on budget, and to high safety and quality standards.
Degree (or equivalent) in Construction Project Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
Excellent leadership, decision-making, and communication skills.
Safety for Managers training (or equivalent) preferred.
Proven proficiency in French Language Skills (professional)
