Fistrek in France seeks a Senior Civil Construction Supervisor to lead on-site activities for complex industrial projects. You will oversee concrete repairs, excavations, piling, and underground piping within brownfield sites, coordinating with management, HSE, and quality teams.

The role requires a Civil Engineering degree, 10+ years of industrial supervision experience, and strong knowledge of French codes. Fluency in French is essential; English is a plus.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 10 years supervising civil construction works in industrial projects.
• Experience in LNG, Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Energy, or heavy industrial environments.
• Experience supervising concrete repair works, excavations, piling, and underground piping installations.
• Experience working in brownfield environments and operating industrial facilities.
• Good knowledge of French construction regulations, Eurocodes, and related standards.
• Strong commitment to HSE, quality, and safe execution of works.
• Native or bilingual French; English is highly desirable.

• Participate in inspections, quality surveillance activities, punch lists, and final acceptance processes.
