Jobtailor in Paris is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our credit risk team. You will analyse and formalise functional requirements, draft specifications, and coordinate delivery with IT and business stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in banking credit risk, strong SQL skills, and experience with CRR2/CRR3, IFRS 9, COREP, AnaCredit, and SRB, plus familiarity with JIRA/Confluence within Agile settings.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Significant experience in the banking credit risk domain.
• Experience managing IT projects.

Responsabilités

• Support business teams during the initial stages of analysis and requirements gathering.
• Analyze and formalize functional requirements within the Credit Risk scope.
• Draft functional specifications and define the testing strategy.
• Lead project delivery and coordinate the various contributors.
• Participate in cross-functional analyses and ensure the quality of functional deliverables.
• Contribute to the effective operation of the Credit Risk scope as a functional expert.
• Provide second-level support to business teams.
• Contribute to the delivery of regulatory reporting and closing processes.
• Analyze and resolve functional issues with business and IT teams.
• Support new joiners and contribute to improving practices within the Squad.
