Jobtailor in France is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to translate finance and IT requirements, lead design workshops, and document functional specifications. You will coordinate between Finance business teams and IT, monitor project changes, and ensure compliant, secure information systems for banking environments.

The role emphasizes SQL, data-flow analysis, and proficiency with Jira and Confluence.

Qualifications

At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
Experience in financial or banking environments is preferred.
Experience with banking accounting information systems is required.
Experience contributing to information systems transformation projects.
Strong skills in business analysis and information systems transformation.
Proficient in SQL, database analysis, and data flow analysis.
Experience with Jira, Confluence, and MS Office tools.

Responsabilités

Define requirements and support business teams in articulating their functional needs.
Lead design workshops and document functional specifications.
Monitor the implementation of changes and projects within the scope.
Coordinate the interface between Finance business teams and IT teams.
Analyze incidents and contribute to their resolution.
Provide support to Finance team users.
Contribute to keeping applications within scope operational.
Track incidents, requests, and corrective actions with relevant teams.
Collaborate on the design of enhanced, integrated, agile, and secure information systems for Consort Group’s clients.
