Jobtailor is seeking a seasoned Product Owner to own the RCSA Compliance application vision and drive its roadmap from Paris.

You will gather requirements, translate them into a prioritized backlog, lead a team of Business Analysts, and collaborate with IT to ensure compliant, well-governed deployments across an international environment.

The role requires 7+ years in product ownership or senior business analysis within banking, strong regulatory know-how, and fluent English.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in Product Ownership or senior business analysis in banking.
Experience with IT applications with regulatory or risk components.
Ability to lead a team of Business Analysts.
Strong understanding of banking processes and complex IT environments.
Excellent analytical, organizational and communication skills.
Professional working proficiency in English.

Responsabilités

Own the product vision for the RCSA Compliance application and drive its roadmap.
Gather, analyze and prioritize business requirements from stakeholder teams.
Translate business requirements into a clear, prioritized product backlog.
Lead and coordinate a team of Business Analysts.
Challenge functional solutions with respect to RCSA-related requirements and objectives.
Collaborate closely with IT teams.
Participate in project governance forums and provide structured reporting.
Contribute to functional acceptance testing and to securing production deployments.
Operate in an international environment.
