Onoff is seeking a Senior Creative Designer to translate complex products into compelling stories, shaping Onoff's visual identity and content strategy for both B2B and B2C audiences. You’ll collaborate closely with the Brand Lead, owning creative production, strategy, and brand direction in a fast-moving, global tech environment.

You’ll drive creative excellence across social, video, motion graphics and long-form content, while staying ahead of trends and maintaining design systems that scale

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Creative Design, Brand Design, Content Design, or Creative Marketing.
• Experience in a startup, SaaS, or fast-growing tech company.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating brand, content and digital creative work.
• Excellent English (C1) written and spoken.

Responsabilités

• Creative Production: Design assets for product launches, campaigns and marketing initiatives.
• Content Strategy & Communication: Build content plans mixing organic, paid and evergreen content.
• Brand & Creative Direction: Help evolve Onoff's visual identity and brand guidelines.
• Social Media: Develop platform-specific content strategies for LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok and X.
• Innovation: Experiment with AI-powered tools and new formats.
