Qualifications

• 4+ years’ experience in cost management or project delivery.
• Ideally MRICS qualification or working towards it.
• Strong leadership and client-facing communication.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.

Responsabilités

• Provide day-to-day delivery support for small to medium projects and assist larger programmes.
• Prepare budgets, cost plans, and client reports.
• Contract administration including valuations, forecasts and cost reports.
• Develop client relationships and contribute to business development.
• Lead and motivate teams including supply chain, while meeting deadlines.
