Linesight in Paris is seeking a Cost Manager to join its global project and cost management consultancy. The role involves supporting settlements of disputes, preparing cost plans, and overseeing spend to ensure best value on diverse developments.

Qualifications

• Experience in pre- and post-contract cost management on varied projects.
• Degree or comparable experience in a cost management or construction discipline.
• Enjoy dynamic environments with ability to manage priorities and deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Support the settlement of construction disputes/loss and expense claims with transparency
• Resolve commercial, change orders and contract issues quickly and fairly
• Assist in the preparation and agreement of final accounts, including handling claims to ensure client value
• Create estimates and cost plans for key client developments
• Support nimble project management and clear decisions through cost documentation and timely communication
• Actively participate in the tender/bid process—from initial tender/bid documentation through analysis and reporting
• Oversee project spend by creating valuations and cost reports, and communicate variations to your team
