The Cumming Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Paris office. You will deliver day-to-day project management for small to large schemes, coordinating stakeholders and contract administration to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in construction project management, a track record of leading teams including the supply chain, and ongoing MAPM/MRICS or PRINCE2 progress.

Qualifications

• 4+ years’ experience in project management within construction or development sectors.
• Working towards MAPM / MRICS or equivalent qualification.
• Experience with PRINCE2 Practitioner / MSP / Risk Management qualifications.
• Strong leadership and ability to lead teams including the supply chain.
• Excellent written and oral communication.

Responsabilités

• Support day-to-day delivery on small to large projects with minimal supervision.
• Coordinate procurement and contract administration.
• Maintain project risk registers and enable risk management.
• Lead workshops and provide innovative solutions to improve delivery.
• Report progress and performance to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with HS&E legislation and quality procedures.
