Gleeds is seeking a senior cost manager based in Paris to join the cost management team, delivering services for major real estate projects from early cost advice to final accounts.

You will support Business Unit Directors, lead cost planning, tender documentation, procurement strategies and contract administration, bringing 5–10 years of cost management experience and strong English and French.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of cost management experience in major real estate-related construction projects, with at least 3 years in France.
• Knowledge of French construction regulations and procurement strategies.

Responsabilités

• Supporting Business Unit Directors in delivering objectives.
• Delivering high quality cost management deliverables for real estate projects.
• Preparing and presenting estimates, cost plans, tenders and final accounts.
• Advising on and implementing procurement strategies and tender processes.
• Producing reports and advising on contractual issues related to construction projects.
