Kintec Global Recruitment seeks a Senior Contract Engineer for designated projects supported by PJE/AP. You will provide support for contract and procurement activities, advise on complex CFT forms, and administrate the CFT process across EPC packages.

Role includes governance with Legal, SPOC duties on certain projects, coaching contract engineers, and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure timely approvals and bid evaluations.

• Experience with EPC project phases and package contracts.
• EPC contract professional with 15 years dedicated to projects.
• Ability to influence and manage across functional teams.
• Excellent communication, influencing and networking skills.
• French language proficiency.
• Able to handle heavy workload in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work with complex and demanding stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Provide support for contract and procurement activities on designated projects.
• Advise and execute on complex CFT forms: CCFT, OBE/OBT, FEED+.
• Develop and administrate the CFT package; manage bidder clarifications.
• Evaluate and negotiate bids; contribute to award recommendations.
• Assist on claim preventive awareness and contract management.
• Support project teams to obtain approvals/go through gates.
• Define and coordinate contract methods; governance across projects.
• Coach contract engineers; maintain regular contact with project peers.
• Represent TGP/PJE in project reviews for contractual topics.
• Coordinate with Legal; ensure coherence between entities and needs.
• Act as SPOC for designated projects; assist on spot calls.
• Assist in claims management and dossier preparation; lessons learned sharing.
