Job summary

Atlas is seeking a senior Construction QA/QC Manager to lead project-wide quality programs for major heavy civil infrastructure projects. You will own QA/QC planning, field inspection, testing oversight, NCR resolution, and quality coordination with owners, contractors, inspectors, and labs.

A strong background in structural concrete and field quality is essential. Lead and mentor QA/QC staff, ensure training and certifications, and align with project leadership to resolve quality issues while

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction-related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience on heavy civil/infrastructure projects.
• Experience representing an owner, CM, consultant, or contractor on complex projects.
• Certifications such as ACI/WAQTC/ICC/WABO/CCM or similar credentials.

Responsibilities

• Lead project QA/QC programs from planning through construction.
• Oversee field inspection, materials testing, and quality documentation.
• Coordinate inspectors, labs, and project teams for quality coverage.
• Lead NCRs, corrective actions, and quality audits.
• Collaborate with owners, contractors, and leadership to resolve issues.
• Ensure personnel training and certification compliance.
• Monitor testing equipment and calibration records.
