Mane Contract Services is recruiting a Quality Engineer to join a leading engineering and construction organisation delivering complex projects across data centres, advanced technology, life sciences and critical infrastructure.

You will support the project quality function, work with the Quality Manager, project teams, vendors and subcontractors to ensure works are delivered Right First Time and meet contractual, technical and quality requirements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience working on large, multidisciplinary projects.
• 10+ years' inspection/surveillance experience overseeing vendor and subcontractor activities.
• Experience across mechanical, electrical and/or CSA works.
• Experience with mechanical equipment, welding, testing and CE marking.
• Strong knowledge of work packs and test packs.
• Experience with modular construction/build.
• Preservation experience would be advantageous.
• Working knowledge of ISO 9001:2015.
• Strong practical understanding of quality processes and NCR management.
• Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Support the implementation of project quality procedures, objectives and requirements.
• Review and monitor vendor/subcontractor documentation, ITPs, work packs and test packs.
• Carry out quality inspections, audits and surveillance of contractors, vendors and subcontractors.
• Identify and manage non-conformances (NCRs) and corrective actions through to close-out.
• Ensure works and documentation comply with project specifications, standards and contractual requirements.
• Support quality requirements within procurement, subcontract packages and vendor documentation.
• Manage quality documentation and certification through to final project handover.
• Use Autodesk BIM 360 to track and manage quality issues.
• Produce quality reports and KPI information and contribute to project quality meetings.
• Support the development of quality benchmarks and promote a strong Right First-Time culture.

Mane Contract Services are recruiting for an experienced Quality Engineer to join a leading engineering and construction organisation delivering complex projects across data centres, advanced technology, life sciences and critical infrastructure. This is an excellent opportunity for a Quality professional with strong experience across large-scale multidisciplinary construction projects, vendor management, inspections and quality assurance.

The Role:

As a Quality Engineer, you will support the project quality function, working closely with the Quality Manager, project teams, vendors and subcontractors to ensure works are delivered Right First Time and meet contractual, technical and quality requirements.
