Harmattan AI seeks a Senior Module Lead Airframe to own the structural design of a new large-span composite airframe platform. You will join the core Airframe team and later build and lead a dedicated Morocco-based engineering group, shaping the product line from concept to industrialization.

You will drive system-level trade-offs, mentor engineers, and coordinate with remote sites to preserve design intent through production.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering.
• Senior mechanical engineer with product-from-concept-to-production experience (UAV/defense preferred).
• Strong composite structural design and carbon fabrication experience.
• Proven leadership with team-building or project leadership.
• Willingness to relocate to Morocco.
• Fluency in French and English.

Responsabilités

• Lead the structural design of large-span composite airframes from concept to production.
• Drive in-house composite prototyping and transition designs into series manufacturing.
• Own system-level trade-offs for mass budget, thermal performance, and manufacturing cost.
• Define airframe platform roadmap: scope, milestones, priorities, and trade-offs.
• Build and lead a new Morocco-based engineering team.
• Mentor junior engineers and set technical standards.
