Harmattan AI seeks a senior Automated Testing Module Lead to own scenario-based validation for its autonomous flight software stack. You will lead an active team based in Paris and Lausanne, defining test strategies across SITL, HITL, and CI, and bridging simulation fidelity with real flight data.

The role requires 8+ years in automated testing for hardware-in-the-loop systems, strong Python/C++ skills, and hands-on leadership of distributed engineers.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in automated testing or validation for hardware-in-the-loop systems.
• Hands-on experience designing scenario-based test suites on a simulation platform.
• Proven leadership of distributed teams in Paris/Lausanne.

Responsabilités

• Lead the team of four engineers and scale to eight by mid-2027.
• Define and implement a versioned scenario library for tests.
• Set SITL, HITL, and CI testing strategies and gating.
• Ensure sim-to-real correlation with flight data.
