JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Paris seeks a Markets Compliance Associate/VP to join our Compliance Team and provide expert guidance on regulatory matters within the Markets business.

You will collaborate with Line of Business leaders, global and regional Compliance teams, and key control partners to shape change management, training, reviews, and policy development while upholding the highest standards of regulatory and reputational risk management.

Qualifications

• Experience advising on MiFID, MAR and other Markets regulations.
• Ability to work independently and escalate issues when needed.
• Strong written and verbal communication for diverse audiences.
• Proactive with critical thinking and problem solving.
• Willingness to go above and beyond to deliver excellence.

Responsabilités

• Provide credible, timely, and risk-based regulatory advice to the business.
• Deliver input to regulatory change management.
• Document and communicate regulatory and control issues in initiatives.
• Conduct scheduled and ad-hoc training sessions.
• Participate in monitoring, testing, and assurance activities.
• Prepare materials for First and Second Line of Defence recipients.
• Oversee policy and conduct violation handling with HR and Legal.
