Airbus Atlantic in Toulouse, France seeks a Senior Legal Counsel to provide strategic legal guidance and manage litigation in an international environment. The role reports to the Legal and Compliance Director, covering contracts, corporate law, and risk management across subsidiaries.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of confirmed experience in a similar role within an international environment.
• Strong mastery of French business law with practice in contract law, commercial law, and collective insolvency procedures.
• Fluent in both written and spoken French and English, in a multicultural setting.
• Synthetic mind, clarity, pedagogy, diplomacy with executive management, and assertiveness to defend company interests.

Responsabilités

• Provide proactive strategic legal counsel to Sales, Procurement, Programs, Engineering, R&D, and IT teams for daily operations and contracts in an international environment.
• Design and lead legal training modules for operational teams to develop risk culture and ensure good contractual practices.
• Manage litigation and pre-litigation including settlements and strategy definitions.
• Oversee collective insolvency procedures coordinating with judicial representatives.
• Organize Board and General Assembly meetings, maintain legal registers, and ensure compliance for Airbus Atlantic and subsidiaries; coordinate external law firms.
• Support statutory amendments, intra-group restructurings, mergers, and capital operations; map delegations of powers and signatures.
